QNAP released the new TS-x62 series multimedia NAS, including two-bay TS-262 and four-bay TS-462. This series of NAS uses Intel Celeron N4505 dual-core processor, with a 2.5GbE interface and two M.2 PCIe slots. In addition, the TS-x62 NAS series is equipped with a PCIe Gen 3 slot, allowing users to add more performance and applications to the NAS through a variety of QNAP PCIe expansion cards. The TS-x62 NAS features a multimedia hub function that can be enjoyed directly on your TV via HDMI 2.0 output.
Officially, the TS-x62 series can be used as a Plex multimedia server, allowing users to stream media information to mobile devices, DLNA devices, and TVs. At present, the official price of the new NAS has not been announced.
