Samsung launched a new tablet Galaxy Tab Active4 Pro. This product also has military-grade ruggedness for those using it outdoors. The software includes the Samsung Knox security platform to keep data safe. The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active4 Pro tablet is 10.2 mm thick and weighs 674 grams, which is relatively thin and light. To enhance its robustness, it is equipped with Corning Gorilla Glass 5, which is more scratch-resistant than previous generations. With the included protective cover, the tablet can withstand a 1-meter or 1.2-meter drop.
Both the Samsung Galaxy Tab Active4 Pro tablet and the integrated S Pen are IP68 dustproof and waterproof. It is also MIL-STD-810H compliant, so it can withstand extreme altitudes, temperatures, vibration, and humidity. Personnel working outdoors may wear gloves. So Samsung added the option to adjust the touch sensitivity to use the device without removing gloves. Samsung also includes loudspeakers if users are working around a noisy machine.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active4 Pro will receive five years of security updates and three major OS upgrades. This will ensure that it stays up to date with the latest features and security for quite some time. The tablet will be available in parts of Europe in September. It will arrive in Asia, Latin America, North America and the Middle East later this year for an unannounced price.
