SteelSeries launches three headsets, Arctis Nova 7/3/1, the Frost Nova series


From August 24th to 28th local time, Gamescom 2022 (Cologne International Game Show 2022) was held in Cologne, Germany. Today, SteelSeries launched three headsets, the Arctis Nova 7/3/1 series, at the game show.

Among the three headsets released this time, the highest positioning is the Arctis Nova 7. The headset has a built-in 40mm driver unit , covering a frequency response range of 20Hz-22000Hz, with an impedance of 36 ohms. At the same time, the Arctis Nova 7 headset supports 360-degree spatial audio, but does not support Active Noise Cancellation (ANC).

The Arctis Nova 7 headset supports 2.4GHz connectivity and Bluetooth connectivity , and features a USB-C port. In terms of battery life, SteelSeries officially claims that the Arctis Nova 7 headset has a battery life of up to 38 hours and supports fast charging, which can be used for 6 hours after 15 minutes of charging.

In addition, the Arctis Nova 7 headset has three versions of Arctis Nova 7 Standard Edition, Arctis Nova 7P and Arctis Nova 7X. In addition to different colors, Arctis Nova 7X also supports the Xbox platform. 

The lower-positioned Arctis Nova 3 and 1 do not support wireless connectivity, but retain support for 360-degree spatial audio . The Arctis Nova 3 uses a USB-C interface, and the Arctis Nova 1 uses a 3.5mm headphone jack.

In terms of price, Arctis Nova 7 headphones are priced at 199.99 euros (about 1365.93 yuan), Arctis Nova 3 headphones are priced at 109.99 euros (about 751.23 yuan), Arctis Nova 1 headphones are priced at 69.99 euros (about 478.03 yuan). The three earphones are currently on sale.

SteelSeries launched the Arctis Nova Pro wireless earphones of the Ice Nova series this month. The earphones support active noise reduction and the crowdfunding price is 2999 yuan.
