The domestic open source operating system community OpenCloudOS newly supports RISC-V

The domestic open source operating system community OpenCloudOS announced that it has achieved full adaptation to the mainstream CPU architecture . In the OpenCloudOS Kernel Stream 2207.2 kernel version, support for the RISC-V 64 architecture has been added .

In addition, the OpenCloudOS Kernel Stream 2207.2 kernel version is specially tested and adapted to the StarFive VisionFive development board.

RISC-V is an open source, free instruction set architecture based on the principle of reduced instruction set (RISC). Currently, as another popular CPU architecture besides x86 and ARM, it has a large market in some edge devices and has been shipped . 10 billion cores.
