Warranty support for Intel SSDs will be provided by Solidigm starting this October

According to Intel's official news, Intel's NAND solid-state drive business was acquired by SK Hynix in November 2020 and has now been renamed Solidigm. Starting October 2022, all technical and warranty support for NAND SSDs will be provided directly by Solidigm.

Warranty Process Changes:

Tickets for NAND SSD warranty issues created through the Portal or Agent Interactive Support may not be merged with other Intel products. If you apply for multiple NAND SSD warranties, they can be combined into the same warranty issue ticket. All other Intel products can be consolidated into another warranty issue ticket.

A separate return request must be created for NAND SSDs. Shipping documentation (eg, waybill, commercial invoice) and packaging must be prepared separately (ie, NAND SSDs and other Intel products must not be mixed in one box).

Please read the shipping guide carefully for NAND SSD product related information (including the recipient of the return address) to avoid delays.

Solidigm has recently launched its first consumer-grade NVMe SSD product, the Solidigm P41 Plus. This product adopts the PCIe 4.0x4 specification and uses QLC particles, providing 512GB, 1TB, 2TB three specifications and M2.2280 , 2242, 2230 three sizes, can be regarded as the sequel to Intel 670P.
