Western Digital SN850X 1TB has a sequential read speed of 7300MB/s, sequential write speed of 6300MB/s , random read speed of 800k IOPS, random write speed of 1100k IOPS, and durability of 600 TBW.
SN850X 2TB sequential read speed 7300MB/s, sequential write speed 6600MB/s, random read speed 1200k IOPS, random write speed 1100k IOPS, endurance 1200 TBW.
SN850X 4TB sequential read speed 7300MB/s, sequential write speed 6300MB/s, random read speed 1200k IOPS, random write speed 1100k IOPS, endurance 2400 TBW.
The starting price of each model:
- 1TB: 1399 yuan, heat sink version 1599 yuan
- 2TB: 2999 yuan, heat sink version 3199 yuan
