All four models of Apple's iPhone 14 / Pro series are equipped with 6GB of memory

All four models of Apple ’s iPhone 14 series are equipped with 6GB RAM . The latest beta of Xcode 14 contains files showing that the iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Plus, iPhone 14 Pro, and iPhone 14 Pro Max all have 6GB of RAM.

For comparison, the iPhone 13 mini and iPhone 13 are equipped with 4GB RAM , and the iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max are equipped with 6GB RAM . It also means that this year's base iPhone models have a 50 percent increase in RAM.

Previously, similar Xcode files had accurately revealed the RAM capacity of the iPhone 13 series models and previous generations of iPhones. In March, Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo said that the iPhone 14 Pro models will come with a faster RAM type , LPDDR5, compared to the base iPhone 14 model's LPDDR4X, but the Xcode file only confirms the RAM capacity of each model.

In terms of processors, the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus are equipped with the A15 Bionic chip and 5-core GPU, while the Pro models are equipped with the new A16 Bionic chip.
