Apple customer service responds to the official website to remove the iPhone 13 Pro

Apple released the new iPhone 14 / Pro series today, and at the same time removed the iPhone 11 and iPhone 13 Pro / Max from the official website, which means that there are no 4G models for sale on Apple’s official website.

Well, some users complained that the iPhone 14 / Plus doesn't have many advantages over the previous generation Pro series, but if they want to buy the previous generation model, they can't buy it.

In this regard, Apple customer service responded to Sino-Singapore Jingwei that because of the release of the new iPhone 14 series, the iPhone 13 Pro currently on sale has been removed, and the official website is currently under maintenance. If users want to buy iPhone 13 Pro products, they can try Go to an offline store.

The customer service said that under normal circumstances, the products that have been removed from the shelves will not be re-listed, and users can pay more attention to the official website page later.

After the release of new mobile phones, Apple’s official website has removed the iPhone 11, iPhone 13 Pro, and iPhone 13 Pro Max, after all, to make way for the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max. However, Apple's official website still retains the iPhone 12, iPhone 13, and iPhone 13 mini, and has carried out certain price reduction sales, of which the starting prices of the iPhone 13 and iPhone 13mini have been reduced by 600 yuan and 500 yuan respectively.

Although the new iPhone 14 series does not include the iPhone 14 mini, Apple will continue to sell the iPhone 13 mini.

Apple removed the iPhone 12 mini after today's event, but the refurbished model is still available on the Apple Online Store for the time being. Apple's refurbished iPhone 12 mini models start at $439 in the U.S. for the 64GB model, up from $529 previously.

By the time the iPhone 15  launches, it's likely that Apple will phase out the iPhone mini model entirely. So if you're not interested in the SE model, consider buying it at the right time.
