Apple Watch Pro CAD rendering exposure

Apple is preparing to launch three new Apple Watch models, including Apple Watch Series 8, Apple Watch SE 2, and a durable Apple Watch Pro for athletes. And the Apple Watch Pro will be a high-end watch. Now, 91mobiles presents the debut of the Apple Watch Pro with CAD renderings.

CAD renderings from industry sources show the Apple Watch Pro with a larger display. It will feature the largest display to date on an Apple Watch. The Apple Watch Pro measures 49mm, which means the device is quite chunky.

Starting from the front, the Apple Watch Pro CAD rendering shows a large display with very slim bezels. A noticeable redesign can be seen on the right side of the frame, including protrusions that house the digital crown, microphone, and multitasking buttons. It's unclear if this form factor will also appear in the regular Apple Watch Series 8 models. Since it's the first Pro model of the Apple Watch, we might also see some exclusive straps.

There appears to be a button on the left side of the Apple Watch Pro frame as well as a speaker port. The purpose of this extra button is unclear.

The Apple Watch Pro is expected to have a larger screen (expanded to 1.99 inches) and battery, use the S8 chip and include a body temperature sensor. The model will also feature a sturdy titanium case and is expected to sell for $900 to $1,000.

It is reported that Apple will announce the new iPhone 14 series at the "Super Preview" event on September 8. The series will include the 6.1-inch iPhone 14, 6.7-inch iPhone 14 Plus (or iPhone 14 Max), 6.1-inch iPhone 14 Pro, and 6.7-inch iPhone 14 Pro Max. The new lineup will mark the end of the road to the 5.4-inch "mini" form factor, which had previously only been released with two generations of the iPhone 12 mini and iPhone 13 mini.

Apple is expected to release the Apple Watch Series 8, the faster Apple Watch SE 2, and the new rugged Apple Watch Pro. According to Gurman, the AirPods Pro 2 are also expected to be released during the event.
