It is required to further investigate and deal with the transfer of interests and power rent-seeking behind the arbitrary charges, and to hold the relevant units, schools, and responsible persons seriously accountable and publicly notified in accordance with the law and regulations;
The Office of the National Inter-ministerial Joint Conference on Governing Educational Indiscriminate Charges also requires other provinces to learn lessons and strengthen the review and supervision of digital education resources entering campuses; it is strictly forbidden to force or disguise students to buy tablet computers or education app in the name of information-based teaching or class-based teaching; as a tablet computer or educational app that requires unified use as a teaching and management tool, the school shall not charge any fees to students and parents as a service charge or agency charge item, and shall not force students to purchase it in a disguised form by means of parent committees or direct payment companies. It is necessary to have "zero tolerance" for the phenomenon of arbitrary fees in education, and effectively maintain a high-pressure situation to control arbitrary fees in education.
