Gainward RTX 40 series graphics cards released

Gainward launched Gainward GeForce RTX 40 series GPUs in two configurations, the models are Gainward GeForce RTX 4090 Glare, and Gainward GeForce RTX 4090 Glare OC.

Gainward GeForce RTX4090 Glare Series

Gainward GeForce RTX 4090 Glare is based on AD102-300 GPU core processor based on NVIDIA Ada Lovelace architecture, with 16384 CUDA cores, 512 Tensor Cores, and 128 RT Cores. It also has a faster base frequency of 2235MHz and a faster acceleration frequency of 2520MHz. It is also equipped with Micron's 24GB high-speed GDDR6X, with a bandwidth of 1008GB/s and a speed of 21Gbps. Allows players to consistently run at over 100 FPS in 4K resolution games.

Gainward GeForce RTX4090 Glare OC also uses an AD102-300 GPU core processor based on NVIDIA Ada Lovelace architecture, with 16384 CUDA cores, 512 Tensor Cores, and 128 RT Cores, which is a huge performance improvement compared to the previous generation GPU. The base frequency is 2235MHz, and the acceleration frequency is 60MHz higher than that of the Gainward GeForce RTX 4090 Glare to 2580MHz. In terms of video memory, Micron’s 24GB high-speed GDDR6X is also used, with a bandwidth of 1008GB/s and a speed of 21Gbps, which allows Gainward GeForce RTX 4090 Glare OC to play an extraordinary performance in response to different needs.

In terms of power supply module, Gainward GeForce RTX 4090 series GPU adopts a 14-layer PCB design, a new 12VHPWR power supply interface, 18-phase core power supply, and 4-phase memory power supply, which can bring stable and efficient power to the graphics card. The design of a short PCB can enhance the heat dissipation of the graphics card. It is recommended to use a power supply of 850W or above for the TGP power consumption of 450W~600W to ensure that the graphics card can be used in a power supply with sufficient and stable power.

Gainward GeForce RTX4080 Glare Series GPU

Gainward also launched Gainward’s GeForce RTX 4080 Glare series GPUs in two configurations. With 9728 CUDA cores and 16 GB of GDDR6X memory, the RTX 4080 16GB is up to 2x the performance of the GeForce RTX 3080 Ti in games and more powerful than the GeForce RTX 3090 Ti at lower power. The RTX 4080 12GB has 7680 CUDA cores and 12GB of GDDR6X memory, which is more powerful than the previous generation's flagship GPU, the RTX 3090 Ti.

According to reports, the second-generation "Dazzling Obsidian" radiator not only upgraded the appearance and lighting effect design, but also upgraded and optimized the "Dazzling Wind Blade" fan blades dedicated to Gainward. The three fans are composed of two 102mm and one 92mm fan. After the upgrade, they can increase the airflow while reducing the noise and heat. It can dissipate heat more efficiently and easily cope with temperatures up to 600W TGP power consumption.

The second-generation "Dazzling Obsidian" radiator has also been upgraded with extra-large heat dissipation fins, built-in 8 composite heat pipes , and added nickel-plated design to enhance anti-oxidation. The penetrating metal heat dissipation backplane on the back further increases the accumulation space on the right, and with the upgraded third set of fans and hollow PCB design, the temperature of the graphics card can be further reduced and the service life of the graphics card can be extended.
