According to Garmin’s official news, Garmin has released the HRM-Pro Plus dual-mode heart rate sensor, which will continue to provide athletes with real-time heart rate, running dynamics, and other data with dual transmission protocols (ANT+ and Bluetooth).
According to the official introduction, through ANT+ and Bluetooth transmission technology, HRM-Pro Plus can transmit accurate, real-time heart rate and exercise data to Garmin smartwatches and Edge bicycle computers, and compatible fitness equipment.
To help runners improve their running form and boost their running power with compatible Garmin smartwatches, the HRM-Pro Plus captures running dynamics including stride length, cadence, touchdown time, touchdown balance, vertical stride ratio, vertical amplitude, and more. In the water, the HRM-Pro Plus has a store-and-forward function that stores heart rate data while swimming and sends the data to a compatible smartwatch after a swim, where it can be displayed along with other swimming metrics. When the athlete is not wearing the smartwatch, the HRM-Pro Plus tracks and stores data such as steps, calories, and intensity activity time during daily activities, and then sync this data with the smartwatch via Garmin Connect.
The Garmin HRM-Pro Plus dual-mode heart rate sensor is now on the shelves, priced at 900 yuan.
