Hon Hai Foxconn responds to Apple iPhone 14 Pro shipments are estimated to increase by nearly 10%

Tianfeng International analyst Ming-Chi Kuo posted yesterday that Apple has asked Hon Hai Foxconn to switch the production line of the iPhone 14 to the iPhone 14 Pro model, which is equivalent to increasing the shipments of the iPhone 14 Pro in the fourth quarter. The forecast is about 10% higher.

Hon Hai only stated that it "does not comment on a single customer and product". However, according to industry sources, there is indeed a smell of this trend at present, but it is still too early to make a final decision. It may not be until October that everything will become clear.

At its "Far Out" event in September, Apple released the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus, retaining much of the iPhone 13's design including the notch for the phone's selfie camera and Face ID sensor. Apple also introduced the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max, with a "smart island" pill screen to show alerts and background activity, brighter displays and AOD always-on display, an A16 bionic chip, new color options, and more. The iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Pro, and iPhone 14 Pro Max are already on sale, and the iPhone 14 Plus will be available on October 7th.
