According to reports, Huawei FreeBuds SE uses a 10 mm moving coil unit, with a high-sensitivity composite diaphragm, and a shallow in-ear design; it also has dual-beam-forming microphones for noise reduction during calls, effectively reducing external environmental noise interference. The headset supports Bluetooth 5.2 technology, with lower power consumption. The headset can play music for 6 hours on a single full charge. With the charging box, it can last up to 24 hours, and after 10 minutes of charging, it can play music for 2 hours.

FreeBuds SE has a built-in infrared sensor.
