Intel's 13th-generation Core processor appears on Amazon

Intel's 13th-generation Core desktop CPU will be released next week, and it seems to have appeared in the Amazon UK store. Hardware whistleblower @momomo_us found a total of four SKUs and took screenshots. These products have now been removed from the shelves.

According to this listing, the Intel Core i9-13900KF (the flagship model without integrated graphics) is priced at £750. IT House learned that this SKU is currently the only SKU with full 24 cores (8P+16E) on the market. This price is about 150 pounds (about 1168.5 yuan) higher than that of the i9-12900K when it was launched in the UK. The price of the i9-12900KF is about 609 pounds (about 4744.11 yuan).

The £750 price tag is about the same price as the i9-12900KS (special edition clocked at 5.5GHz) on launch day.

In addition, the Intel Core i7-13700K is priced at 547 pounds (about 4261.13 yuan), and its F model is priced at 517 pounds (about 4027.43 yuan), which is expected to be 120-137 pounds higher than the previous generation (i7 -12700K is around £410, while i7-12700KF is around £397).

Finally, the price of the 14-core SKU called i5-13600KF is 350 pounds (about 2726.5 yuan), which is also higher than the current 273 pounds (about 2126.67 yuan) of the i7-12600KF.

These are most likely not the final UK prices for the 13th Gen Core range, but just a placeholder. Also, Amazon starting the new series so early may indicate that Intel will soon lift the embargo on pre-orders.

Intel's 13th-generation Core processors will be released in the early morning of September 28, Beijing time, and will be launched on October 20. The first listed models include i9, i7, and i5 K series models. The 13th-generation Core i9K model will be available for pre-sale in China after its release on September 28. After that, there seems to be a domestic launch event on October 13, when the i7K and i5K models will be available for pre-sale.
