Three Chinese major operators have built a total of 10 5G messaging area nodes

After two years of development, the three major telecom operators have completed the construction of 5G messaging service systems. Among them, China Mobile has built a total of 8 5G message area nodes nationwide, which can carry 80 million online users; China Telecom and China Unicom each built 2 5G message area nodes in the initial stage, with a user capacity of 10 million households respectively.

In addition, at the same time as the construction of the 5G message system, in order to better realize the commercial promotion and customer management of 5G industry messages, the provincial branches of the three major operating companies have successively carried out the construction of 5G message platforms and other operation management platforms. It is reported that by the end of May 2022, China Mobile has started the construction of CSP platforms in 18 provinces/autonomous regions/municipalities. China Telecom and China Unicom are currently adopting an intensive operation strategy for the entire network, building a national unified CSP platform for use by provincial companies.

At present, the 5G messaging services of the three major operators have entered the trial commercial stage and the commercial stage respectively.

As of the end of May 2022, China Telecom's current 5G message sending volume is 350 million (including fallback messages), and it has connected to over 100 CSPs. ), the CSP access target exceeded 200.

China Mobile has currently connected to hundreds of CSPs, opened more than 1,000 Chatbots (dialogue robots), and sent an average of more than 1 billion 5G messages per month (including fallback messages). 1.5 billion pieces (including fallback news).

China Unicom currently sends nearly 200 million 5G messages (including fallback messages), has access to nearly 200 CSPs, and has opened over 400 Chatbots. It is planned that by the end of 2022, the annual 5G message sending volume is expected to reach 1.2 billion (including fallback messages). ), and developed more than 1000 Chatbots.
