Updating Android 13 to LineageOS 20 on Samsung Galaxy S III and Note II

Google Android 13 has been launched for more than a month, but there are not many models in use. Fortunately, AOSP's Android 13 is booming. Recently, the Samsung Galaxy S III and Note II, two "ancient" models from 2012, also used Android 13.

According to the XDA forum, developer html6405 has launched an unofficial LineageOS 20 version based on Android 13 for these two models.

The unofficial LineageOS 20 version of the Samsung Galaxy S III and Galaxy Note II is an early alpha version, so it may encounter some problems. The developers point out that features such as NFC, Bluetooth audio in phones, network monitoring, and SD cards are not yet available. However, most other functions should work as expected.

Released in 2012, the Samsung Galaxy S III features a 4.8-inch display with a 1280x720 resolution, a 1.4GHz quad-core Exynos 4412 processor, an 8-megapixel camera, and a 1.9-megapixel front-facing camera.

Samsung Galaxy Note II is equipped with a 5.55-inch HD Super AMOLED screen with a resolution of 720*1280. The machine is equipped with a quad-core processor clocked at 1.6GHz, with 2GB of memory, and an Android 4.1 system.
