NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 "Expected" Specs

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 is expected to use 128 SMs, a total of 16384 CUDA cores, 96 MB of L2 cache, and a total of 384 ROPs, the frequency has not yet been determined, but considering that the new product uses the TSMC 4N process, it is expected to reach 2.0~3.0 GHz.

In addition, the RTX 4090 is expected to have 24GB of GDDR6X memory, a 384-bit bus interface, and a bandwidth of 1 TB/s (21Gbps). This is the same bandwidth as the existing RTX 3090 Ti graphics card.

In terms of power consumption, it is said that the new card has a TBP of 450W, which means that its TGP may eventually be lower than this value. It will use a 16pin power connector, which means that the maximum power may be close to 600W. It is expected that some non-public versions can reach more than 500W.
