Akasa Introduces Turing WS Passive Cooling Case


Akasa has now launched the Turing WS passive cooling chassis, specially designed for the Intel NUC 12 Pro Wall Street Canyon motherboard kit. The Turing WS chassis measures 247.9 mm x 113.5 mm x 95 mm (WxDxH), its I/O is designed to correspond to the NUC 12 Pro motherboard, and the chassis also includes an M.2-2280 cooling surface, which can extend the cooling capacity of the chassis to NVMe SSDs.

The Akasa Turing WS case will be available for pre-order on October 3rd, priced at $170.

At the beginning of September this year, Intel put on the NUC Studio Wall Street Canyon mini-host standard version, equipped with 12th generation Core P series processors, the i5 version of the barebones is priced at 3599 yuan, and the i7 version of the barebones is priced at 4799 yuan. The new generation of Wall Street Canyon NUC mini-hosts are optional i5-1240P and i7-1260P, support the installation of DDR4 memory and PCIe 4.0 SSD, and the thick version can be installed with a 2.5-inch hard drive.

In terms of interfaces, the Wall Street Canyon NUC has two USB-A interfaces and an audio interface in the front, two Thunderbolt 4, two HDMI 2.0, one 2.5G network port, and two USB-A interfaces in the rear.
