Apple AirPods Pro 2 headset body battery capacity has increased by 15%

Apple AirPods Pro 2 increased listening time by 1.5 hours compared with the previous generation, and regulatory documents show that this improvement is partly due to the increase in the battery of the headphone body.

According to the 3C certification information, the Apple AirPods Pro 2 headphone body is equipped with a  49.7mAh battery with model numbers A2731 and A2729. The battery capacity of the first generation of AirPods Pro is 43.24mAh, so the second generation has increased by about 15%.

In addition, the headphone box of Apple AirPods Pro 2 is equipped with a 523mAh battery, model A2798, which is only 4mAh more than the battery capacity of the previous generation headphone box.

Apple claims that the AirPods Pro 2 can listen for up to 6 hours in active noise reduction mode. The wireless charging case can charge the earphones an additional 4 times, which means users can enjoy up to 30 hours of listening time in Active Noise Cancellation mode, a full 6 hours more than the previous generation.

In addition, Apple AirPods Pro 2 is equipped with the H2 chip, which claims to use computational audio algorithms to bring more intelligent noise reduction performance, excellent three-dimensional spatial sound effects and more efficient battery life in one fell swoop.
