Canon EOS R6 Mark II specification exposure

CanonRumors has now released some of the specifications of the Canon EOS R6 Mark II. Overall, the body design has not changed much compared to the EOS R6, or the same sensor of the EOS R3 will be used:

  • 24-megapixel full-frame CMOS sensor
  • Body five-axis image stabilization
  • 12 frames per second continuous shooting speed
  • 4K/30p (no cropping)
  • 4K/60p (with crop)
  • Support Canon Log 3 / HDR PQ
  • Full Pixel Dual Core Autofocus
  • SD / SDHC dual card slot

The whistleblower does not confirm whether the 24MP sensor is the same as the EOS R3, but he thinks it is very likely.

In addition to this, there are rumors that the Canon EOS R will be replaced by the Canon EOS R8 [CR1].

Canon EOS R8 specs (rumored):

  • 30.3mp full-frame sensor
  • DIGIC X
  • In-machine 5-axis stabilizer
  • 12fps Mechanical
  • 4K 30p (no crop)
  • 4K 60p (cropped)
  • CFexpress / SD dual card slot
