As of September 2022, the cumulative number of patents authorized by China Unicom this year reached 1,366, the problem resolution rate of smart customer service customers in September was 98.1%, and the proportion of smart customer service in September was 79.2%.
In addition, China Mobile also released operating data for September, with a total of 557 million 5G package users.
