Corsair launches MP600 Pro XT SSD 8TB version


In September last year, Pirates released the MP600 PRO XT solid-state drive, which comes with a large-size heat sink, and at that time provided a maximum capacity of 4TB. Now, Corsair has launched an 8TB version of this series of SSDs, priced at 190,592 yen (about 9,301 yuan) on Amazon Japan.

The Corsair MP600 Pro XT SSD is based on the Phison PS5018-E18 controller and Micron 176-layer 3D TLC NAND. The 8TB version of the MP600 Pro XT SSD has sequential read speeds of up to 7100 MB/s, sequential write speeds of up to 6100 MB/s, and random read and write speeds of 1200k IOPS and 950k IOPS. The Corsair MP600 PRO XT 4TB model is currently priced at 4,499 yuan on Jingdong, and the 8TB model is not yet on the shelves.
