Lenovo Announces IdeaPad 1 Entry Notebook


Lenovo's official website has now announced the IdeaPad 1 entry-level notebook, equipped with AMD 7020U series processors. This series of notebooks can be up to Ryzen 5 7520U processor, 4 cores and 8 threads, optional 8GB of memory, 512GB of SSD, and a 1080p screen.

AMD officials have now announced the detailed parameters of the new Ryzen 7020 series mobile CPU. Ryzen 3 7320U and Ryzen 5 7520U both have 4 cores and 8 threads. The former has a maximum of 4.1GHz and the latter has a maximum of 4.3GHz. Both are equipped with a 2CU RDNA2 core display, and the GPU frequency is 1.9GHz. The default TDP of both processors is 15W.

This series of processors is based on Zen2 architecture but uses a newer 6nm process, and the L3 cache is only 4MB. In terms of memory, this series of processors supports 2-channel LPDDR5-5500 memory, while the Ryzen 6000 series mobile processors support LPDDR5-6400 memory.

In addition, there are also two new Athlon processors, Silver 7120U and Gold 7220U. The former has 2 cores and 2 threads, and the latter has 2 cores and 4 threads. The core display is also Radeon 610M, 2CU 1900MHz.
