Nintendo Switch game console today pushed the 15.0.0 major system update to players, bringing a number of functional improvements and fixes. The official update instructions are as follows:
- Changed the location of "Bluetooth Audio" in "Settings" (it is higher in the list and can be found faster).
- In "Nintendo Switch Online" in the HOME menu, you can take a screenshot by pressing the capture button (video cannot be recorded).
- Fixed some other problems, and improved the stability of the system and the convenience of operation.
In addition, the 15.0.0 version of the Switch system has a number of hidden feature improvements and even an exclusive update for mainland China. According to information discovered by Twitter user OatmealDome, the hidden update reads as follows:
- The handling of the Ethernet adapter has been moved to its own dedicated operating system module
- Switch Pro controller Bluetooth firmware update
- Added/changed various error messages
- Added a popup for attempting to exceed the maximum headphone volume when the limiter is on
- Update the swear words database in mainland China
- The time zone database (zoneinfo) is updated to the latest version by ICANN
- Added text related to Australia + New Zealand privacy laws
