Samsung's new Odyssey OLED G8 display launched on the official website


Samsung's official website has now launched the introduction page of the Odyssey OLED G8 with a fish screen display, announcing more parameters of this display. This monitor (S34BG85) is a 34-inch 21:9 ratio, 1800R curvature, 3440x1440 resolution, 175Hz maximum refresh rate, supports 48-175Hz VRR, has 10-bit color support, 1 million:1 contrast ratio, Typical brightness of 250 nits, DisplayHDR True Black 400 certified, supports 0.1 ms GtG response time, 99.3% DCI-P3 color gamut coverage.

Interfaces include DC power input, Mini DP 1.4, Micro HDMI 2.1, full-featured USB-C (65W PD), and a USB-C downstream port with built-in integrated 5W stereo speakers.

The monitor includes a range of "Smart Hub" features that connect to WiFi to watch Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, Disney+, "And Samsung TV Plus" without connecting to a computer.

This monitor will be available in the fourth quarter of this year, and the price information has not been announced yet.
