TCL Zhonghuan announced the "2022 Third Quarter Report". The announcement showed that in the first three quarters of 2022, TCL Zhonghuan achieved an operating income of 49.845 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 71.35%; The profit was 5.001 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 80.68%.

The report shows that in the third quarter of 2022, the total production capacity of TCL Central will reach 128GW, an increase of 45.45% from the beginning of the period, and it is expected to reach 140GW by the end of 2022.

According to the company, as of the end of September, the first and second modules of the Ningxia Phase 6 project have been fully put into production.

On the product side, in early September, TCL Zhonghuan released updated product prices. Based on the current market, the price of 210 single W has achieved a greater increase than that of 182 products. At the silicon wafer end of "dividing gold into two", large-sized silicon wafers represented by 210 can reduce the cost of crystal growth at the silicon wafer end, and dilute the single W non-silicon cost of the downstream whole industry chain such as cells and modules, showing more Excellent profitability. TCL Central's newly built capacity is all 210 advanced capacity. According to CPIA statistics, with the evolution of large-size silicon wafers, it is expected that the market share of 210mm silicon wafers will reach 70% in 2030.

The announcement shows that in the first three quarters of 2022, TCL Zhonghuan’s R&D investment was 2.7 billion yuan, accounting for 5.42% of operating income, a year-on-year increase of 52.7%, mainly for the research and development of photovoltaic materials, photovoltaic cell modules, and other fields.

Overview In the first three quarters of 2022, TCL Zhonghuan achieved a monthly production of 12% for a single unit in the crystal segment. The consumption rate of silicon material per unit product has been further reduced; the frequency of silicon wafer A in the wafer link has been increased by 4%; projects such as thinning and thinning have been promoted, and the number of wafers per kilogram of the same silicon wafer thickness has increased by 6%.

It is the "Industry 4.0" manufacturing model it has accumulated since 2015 that has created the manufacturing advantages that TCL Zhonghuan is proud of.

Factory automation: TCL Central expects to gradually realize a "black light factory" in 2022.
