XFX AMD RX 6700 XL mining card exposure

XFX's RX 6700 XL graphics card was exposed, a 2304 stream processor, and 10GB video memory. This graphics card is not intended for the DIY market and is mainly used for cryptocurrency mining.

AMD's initial graphics card lineup did not include the RX 6700 series, only the RX 6700 XT model. According to foreign media, the vast majority of RX 6700 models are sold to miners, and it was not until June this year that Sapphire launched an RX 6700 graphics card for the DIY market.

In terms of parameters, the RX 6700 XT graphics card on sale is a 2560 stream processor and 12GB of video memory. The RX 6700 is a 2304 stream processor with 10GB of video memory.

Now, those surviving, mine-hardened RX 6700 models are making their way to used platforms. According to the whistleblower, the power consumption of this RX 6700 is only 140W, which is much lower than the 230W RX 6700 XT.
