The 2022 World Internet Conference Wuzhen Summit opened today. The theme of this year's conference is Building a Cyber World and Creating a Digital Future - Joining Hands to Build a Community of Shared Future in Cyberspace.
This Wuzhen Summit is the first annual meeting after the establishment of the World Internet Conference International Organization, which is held in a combination of online + offline. Hosted by the World Internet Conference, organized by the Zhejiang Provincial People's Government, co-organized by the Zhejiang Provincial Internet Information Office, the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Economic and Information Technology, the Jiaxing Municipal People's Government, and the Tongxiang Municipal People's Government. International organizations such as the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs, the International Telecommunication Union, the World Intellectual Property Organization, and the Global System for Mobile Communications Association serve as supporting units.
During this conference, a series of activities such as the release of the world's leading Internet scientific and technological achievements, the release of the Blue Book of the World Internet Conference, and the finals of the "Direct to Wuzhen" global Internet competition will be held at the same time.
