According to people familiar with the matter, audio manufacturer Sonos is planning to launch a high-end wireless headset. The over-ear wireless headphones are still in early development and could launch next year, priced at more than $300, the person said.
Sonos has mainly focused on multi-room audio (multi-room audio) systems in the past few years. As early as 2019, Bloomberg reported that Sonos will expand new audio product categories, and headphones are one of the directions.

In an interview with the The Verge, Sonos CEO Patrick Spence hinted that the company will launch new products in 2023.
Although we are very cautious about announcing the product roadmap, we will launch four new products, one of which will be announced in the fiscal year 2023, Spence said at Sonos' earnings conference on Wednesday. He emphasized that the new categories will help diversify Sonos' business in the long run.
