The scale and level of application are world-leading. 110 internationally advanced demonstration factories have been selected to build nearly 2,000 digital workshops and smart factories that lead the development of the industry. The core industry is growing rapidly, the scale of intelligent manufacturing equipment is close to 3 trillion yuan, and there are 6,000 system solution providers.
The transformation of manufacturing industry models and enterprise forms has accelerated, and a number of new business models and models such as network collaborative manufacturing and large-scale personalized customization have been cultivated, as well as a number of typical scenarios such as intelligent online inspection and human-machine collaborative operation. The guarantee system has been preliminarily established, the national and sub-industry intelligent manufacturing standard system has been continuously improved, nearly 340 national standards have been released, and a development pattern of regional coordination, industry linkage, and enterprise-led development has basically taken shape.
Xin Guobin, vice minister of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, said in his speech that the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will adhere to the main direction of intelligent manufacturing, based on the actual situation of China's manufacturing industry, lay a solid foundation, improve standards, cultivate ecology, strengthen applications, and accelerate the creation of intelligent manufacturing.
- Focus on building a high-efficiency innovation system, strengthen basic research, applied basic research and key technology research and development, and lead the evolution and upgrading of intelligent manufacturing.
- Focus on building a high-level industrial system, promote the innovative development of intelligent manufacturing equipment, industrial software, and system solutions, and strengthen the construction of digital infrastructures such as 5G, artificial intelligence, and industrial Internet.
- Focus on forming a high-standard application system, continue to carry out pilot demonstrations of smart manufacturing, build more smart factories and smart supply chains, accelerate the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises, and encourage the construction of smart manufacturing pilot zones.
- Efforts will be made to build a high-level guarantee system, focus on iconic products, key enterprises, talents, and industrial clusters, optimize the intelligent manufacturing promotion system, implement the intelligent manufacturing partner plan, and carry out multi-level and cross-field exchanges and cooperation.
