Garmin's first LTE smartwatch for kids, Bounce, launched

Garmin today released its first children's LTE smartwatch Bounce. Bounce has built-in GPS and LTE, in addition to tracking the child's whereabouts, Bounce can also send an alert when the child leaves a designated area. Children can also send their current location to their parents through the Garmin Jr. app.

Bounce supports text and voice messaging. Kids can send messages directly from the watch, which parents can then receive in the phone app. Kids can also send messages to other Bounce watches as long as it's part of a parent-approved contact.

Health features: Bounce can track sleep, steps, and activity time. In terms of battery life, the Bounce can be used for two days on a single charge.

Garmin Bounce now offers three colors: green, black, and lavender, priced at $ 150.
