The first 10 billion output value project in Lujiang and the commissioning ceremony of Guoxuan Kehong's high-end cathode materials were held on November 8 in Hefei Lujiang High-tech Zone.
Guoxuan High-tech subsidiary Hefei Guoxuan Kehong New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as Guoxuan Kehong) has an annual output of 200,000 tons of high-end cathode material project, located in Guoxuan Material Base, Lujiang County, Hefei City. The main product of the project is the high-performance lithium iron phosphate cathode material independently developed by Guoxuan Hi-Tech with an energy density of ≥210Wh/kg, which is used in high-end new energy vehicles and energy storage products.
The project was signed in July 2021 and officially started in August of the same year. The overall production capacity is planned to be 200,000 tons and will be constructed in four phases. The first-phase 50,000-ton project was put into operation on June 8, 2022, and the second-phase 50,000-ton project was put into operation on November 8. After the project is put into operation, Guoxuan Kehong will have an annual production capacity of 100,000 tons of high-end cathode materials. After the 200,000 tons are all put into production, the output value will exceed 10 billion.
