The International Customer Experience Award (IXCA) recently awarded Samsung the Silver Award for Best Customer Experience in the Crisis.

With the Stay Home, Stay Safe campaign, Samsung continues to deliver on its commitment to safety and exceptional customer service. The program allows customers to sign up for free contactless pickup and returns, regardless of whether their product has a warranty.

The company has also introduced safety protocols such as strict sanitation standards in repair centers, becoming the only OEM in the industry to offer an in-garage repair option for major appliances. Likewise, Samsung is the only manufacturer in Canada that ships repaired devices back to customers' doorsteps within three to five business days.
