Leap Motor released its financial report for the third quarter of 2022 today. According to the financial report, the revenue of Leapmotor in the third quarter was 4.288 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 398.5%.
In the third quarter of 2022, the total delivery volume of Leapmotor vehicles will be 35,608, an increase of 186% from 12,471 in the same period in 2021:
- T03 deliveries were 17,790, an increase of 48% from 12,002 in the same period in 2021.
- C11 deliveries were 17,257 units, an increase of 6,721% from 253 units in the same period in 2021.
- The delivery volume of C01 is 561, and Leapmotor will start delivering C01 in September 2022.
As of September 30, 2022, Leapmotor's sales network continued to expand, with a total of 490 stores covering 156 cities.
Leapmotor's Third Quarter 2022 Financial Highlights
- Earnings for the third quarter of 2022 were RMB 4,287.8 million, an increase of 398.5% from the same period in 2021 and an increase of 38.8% from the second quarter of 2022.
- The gross margin in the third quarter of 2022 was (8.9%), a continuous improvement from the same period in 2021 (44.5%) and (25.6%) in the second quarter of 2022.
- The loss attributable to equity holders of the Company in the third quarter of 2022 was RMB 1,339.9 million,
- The same period in 2021 will be RMB 719.1 million, and the second quarter of 2022 will be RMB 1.4017 billion.
- Net cash used in operating activities in the third quarter of 2022 was RMB 169.1 million, compared with RMB 369.1 million in the same period in 2021 and RMB 195.9 million in the second quarter of 2022.
