MediaTek Dimensity 9200 official running score announced

MediaTek released the Dimensity 9200 flagship chip yesterday, the first using TSMC's second-generation 4nm process, equipped with 3.05GHz Cortex-X3 super core, 3 2.85GHz A715 large cores, 4 1.8 GHz A510 small core, GPU is Immortalis-G715 MC11.

According to the live data obtained by the blogger @WHYLAB, the official running score of MediaTek Dimensity 9200 is released:

  • AnTuTu V9.2.6 scores 1260161 points
  • Geekbench 5.1 single-core 1424 points multi-core 4471 points
  • GFX-1080P Manhattan Offscreen ES 3.0 20,219 Frames (326fps)
  • GFX-1080P Manhattan Offscreen ES 3.1 14,052 Frames (227fps)
  • GFX-1440P Aztec Ruins Vulkan (High Tier) Offscreen VULKAN 1.0 4,312 Frames (67fps)

According to this data, the AnTuTu benchmark score of MediaTek Dimensity 9200 beats all current Android flagship phones, and the CPU benchmark score on Geekbench is slightly lower than that of Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2.

GPU, the running score of Dimensity 9200 is similar to the previous exposure, surpassing Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 + Gen 1 and Apple A16.


Vivo announced the first launch of the MediaTek Dimensity 9200. The specific model has not been announced. It is expected to be the Vivo X90 series, which will be launched at the end of November. In addition, OPPO, Xiaomi, Honor, Transsion, ASUS and other companies are also expected to launch new phones equipped with the Dimensity 9200.
