Motorola Moto Watch 70 exposure

Motorola’s performance in smartwatches is not very good, and currently only launched two watches, the Moto 360 and the Moto Watch 100. However, Best Buy Canada released the Moto Watch 70 product page in advance.

What may disappoint Moto 360 owners is that the Moto Watch 70 has a square face design similar to the Apple Watch, fitness tracking functions, and a general smartwatch operating system.

The Moto Watch 70 has 23 sports modes, is compatible with Android and iOS systems, has a battery life of up to 14 hours, a full charge time of 60 minutes, supports GPS, and has a 1.69-inch LCD color screen with a resolution of 240 x 280.

The smartwatch has a zinc alloy case and silicone strap and is IP67-rated for water and dust resistance. The Moto Watch 70 has a heart rate sensor, but no EKG or EKG recording. Still, temperature measurement is a welcome addition to sleep tracking and other basic health-tracking capabilities.

Best Buy's listing says the watch doesn't have cellular connectivity, NFC compatibility, or voice assistant support. Basically, this is an entry-level smartwatch with very limited features. The listing price of the Moto Watch 70 is 99 Canadian dollars.
