PC maker Asustek's October revenue was NT$40.318 billion

PC brand giant Asus announced the group revenue data for October this year. The data shows that ASUS' monthly revenue decreased both month-on-month and year-on-year due to the poor PC and graphics card market conditions. ASUS will hold a legal meeting tomorrow (November 10) to announce financial data for the third quarter of this year and release its fourth quarter and 2023 outlook.

Judging from financial data, ASUS’ revenue in October this year was NT$40.318 billion (about 9.152 billion yuan), a decrease of 32.6% month-on-month and 10.4% year-on-year; the cumulative revenue in the first ten months of this year was NT$450.434 billion, a year-on-year increase of 5.2%.

Despite the poor market conditions of the PC industry this year, ASUS has adopted a contrarian expansion strategy, which has also caused the current inventory to be relatively high. Whether inventory levels declined in the third quarter. Currently, Asustek has set a target to reduce its inventory to NT$150 billion by the end of the year.
