Samsung European Galaxy Z Fold 4 pushes the official version of Android 13 / One UI 5.0

Last week, Samsung released a stable version of the Android 13 update for the Galaxy Z Fold 4 in the United States, but only for devices participating in the One UI 5.0 Beta project. A few days later, Samsung released the stable Android 13 update for the Galaxy Z Fold 4 in India and South Korea. Now, the update has been rolled out to beta testers in Europe.

In Europe, the Android 13 update firmware version for the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 is F936BXXU1BVK3. This time around, the update is also currently limited to devices running the One UI 5.0 beta. The update also brings the November 2022 security patch, which fixes numerous privacy and security vulnerabilities. The update will likely roll out to all Galaxy Z Fold 4 devices across Europe in the next few days.

For beta users, the download package size will be 329.65MB, but for everyone else, the stable version of the Android 13 update will download around 2GB.

European Galaxy Z Fold 4 participating in One UI 5.0 Beta users can now download the stable Android 13 update by navigating to Settings - Software Update, and clicking "Download and Install".

The Galaxy Z Fold 4 launched by Samsung is pre-installed with One UI 4.1.1 based on Android 12L. Samsung has promised to release four major major Android operating system updates to the phone. Now, the device has started to receive Android 13 updates, and in the future, it will also receive updates to three major versions of the Android operating system (up to Android 16).
