Samsung is rolling out an AVK7 firmware update for the Galaxy Watch 5 and Galaxy Watch 5 Pro. It also brings the latest security patch of November 2022 to improve the security of the watch. The Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 series in South Korea started getting the update.
In addition to security patches, 517.22MB of firmware also brings. The new "Ball" watch face can be found in the Graphics category of the Galaxy Wearable app. Users can cheer on their favorite football team during the 2022 FIFA World Cup by using the flag as the background of the watch face. The update also brings general stability and performance improvements.
To download the new update on the Samsung Galaxy Watch Series 5, navigate to the Galaxy Wearable app on your Android smartphone. Go to Watch Settings > Watch Software Update. Tap Watch Software Update on the main tab, then tap the "Download and Install" option to start downloading the update.
