The project is located in the core area of the future science and technology city, on the north side of Wenyi West Road and on the east side of Chuangming Road, surrounded by the ecological lakes "Hongwei Port" and "Yaojia Port". The total land size is 48,901 square meters, and the total construction area is 392,335 square meters, including a 37-story super high-rise office building and a 6-story comprehensive commercial building.
The project officially started in September 2021 and is expected to be put into use in 2027. Up to now, the project has completed the engineering pile construction and will enter the basement excavation construction stage. After the completion of the project, it will be one of the most important R&D centers of OPPO in China. It will also effectively enhance the hard technology R&D capabilities of the future science and technology city, promotes the two-wheel drive of digital economy and manufacturing at full speed, and fully help Hangzhou to become the number one digital economy in the country. city.

The project is located in the core area of the future science and technology city, east of Jingxing Road, south to Gexiang Street, west to Chuangyuan Road, and north to Aicheng Street. The total land scale is 35,868 square meters, the total construction area is 326,000 square meters, and the building height is 164.9 meters. The total investment of the project is 2.15 billion yuan. Construction started at the end of September 2020 and is expected to be completed and put into use in 2026. The floor construction is currently underway and is expected to be completed in November. After the completion of the project, it will serve as the research and development headquarters of Vivo's global artificial intelligence. The main research direction is to develop mobile phone AI algorithms, AI technical capabilities, recommendation search algorithm capabilities, and cloud AI training/reasoning platforms. The agglomeration of the artificial intelligence field in the industrial chain will effectively help the high-quality and rapid development of the artificial intelligence industry in the future science and technology city.
