In the past development, Unisplendour Liansheng (Lilianxin) has developed and launched numerous sensing solutions in the medical and health field using its industry knowledge and patented technologies.
Tsinghua Unigroup said that through this acquisition, Tsinghua Unigroup and Nile will achieve technological integration and resource complementarity, and accelerate the improvement of product R&D capabilities and innovation capabilities. Tsinghua Unigroup will provide more patients with a new generation of chronic disease management and home care solutions to meet the growing customer demand for smart patches/wearable devices.
