Yingren Technology has now launched the enterprise-class SATA SSD main control chip - RainierS (IG5600). The main controller is adapted to the latest mainstream NAND in the current market, compatible with ONFI 4.1, Toggle 2.0/3.0/4.0 interfaces, adopts 8-channel design, fully supports TLC, QLC, and other flash memory, and the flash interface speed is up to 1200MT/s. The SATA SSD based on this chip design can have a capacity of up to 16TB.
Based on the RainierS (IG5600) 2.5-inch SATA SSD reference design, Infine has developed an advanced SATA SSD solution for data center, industrial, and even enterprise-level applications for customers, which can provide 480GB, 960GB, 1.92 TB, 3.84TB, 7.68TB, and other capacity configurations, continuous read and write speeds up to 560MB/s, 540MB/s.
Specifically:
- High-efficiency storage, compatible with the latest NAND, NAND interface data rate up to 1200MT/s, release storage efficiency
- Advanced technology, supporting advanced functions such as intelligent power management, power failure protection, temperature control...etc, is perfectly suitable for applications such as data centers
- Stable and durable, using 4K LDPC ECC technology independently developed by Yingren, can greatly improve the ability of data persistence
- A variety of encryption, support including national encryption standard SM2/3/4, AES, SHA, RSA and other algorithms
