ASUS warms up the new Chromebook

ASUS announced that it will be releasing a new Chromebook at the CES conference on January 5th, 2023. This new Chromebook is specifically designed for cloud gaming and will feature a white body, an RGB keyboard, and is expected to have a 2.5K 120Hz screen. Google has reportedly been working with manufacturers to create Chromebooks that are optimized for cloud gaming, with the use of 12th-generation Core U-series processors and 2.5K 120Hz screens. In addition, Nvidia's GeForce Now cloud gaming service will be offering 1600p 120fps streaming for these Chromebooks, dubbed "gaming books."

ASUS's CES conference will also showcase other hardware products, including thin and light notebooks and the TUF Tianxuan series of gaming notebooks. It is clear that ASUS is focusing on providing a wide range of options for consumers, from lightweight and portable devices to powerful gaming laptops. With the rise of cloud gaming, it is no surprise that ASUS is embracing this technology and incorporating it into their new Chromebook.
