China Construction Bank purchases servers with domestic chips

On December 4th, 2022, China Construction Bank released the announcement of winning the bid for the Domestic Chip Server Procurement Project including Phytium, Kunpeng, and Haiguang servers.

Feiteng chip server 74.1107 million yuan:

• The first successful bidder: Inspur Electronic Information Industry Co. Ltd.
• The second shortlisted bidder: the Beijing Institute of Computer Technology and Application
• The third shortlisted successful bidder :Unisplendour Hengyue Technology Co., Ltd.

Kunpeng chip server 364.2506 million yuan:

• The first successful bidder: Wuhan Changjiang Computing Technology Co., Ltd.
• The second shortlisted bidder: Baixin Information Technology Co., Ltd.
• The third shortlisted successful bidder: Beijing Digital China Yunke Information Technology Co., Ltd.

Haiguang chip server 158.4707 million yuan:

• The first successful bidder: Inspur Electronic Information Industry Co., Ltd.
• The second shortlisted successful bidder: Unisplendour Hengyue Technology Co., Ltd.
• The third shortlisted bidder: Zhongke Controllable Information Industry Co., Ltd.

It can be seen from the public information that Inspur and Unisplendour Hengyue were shortlisted in the procurement of Phytium (ARM) servers and Haiguang (X86) servers.

on November 22, China Construction Bank's 99 million yuan domestic operating system purchase order was won by Kirin Software, while Tongxin Software, which was also a candidate supplier, was not selected.
