Intel Xeon W-series workstation processors will be available in March next year

According to leaker leaf_hobby, Intel's new generation of Xeon W-series workstation processors will be released in February next year and will be available in March.

Intel will release the Xeon W-3400 and W-2400 series workstation processors on February 12 next year. The W-2400 series workstations will be available in March, and the W-3400 will be available in April.

There are already detailed revelations about the Xeon W-3400 and W-2400 series on the Internet. This series of processors are all Golden Cove large cores, of which the  W-3400 series has a maximum of 56 large cores, and the Xeon W-2400 series has a maximum of 24 cores.

Intel's new Xeon W-series workstation processors come in four families, W3, W5, W7, and W9, with core counts ranging from 6 to 56 cores. Among them, the 3XXX series adopts the MCM design, supports up to 8-channel memory, and has 112 PCIe channels; the 2XXX series is a single Die design, supports 4-channel memory, and has 64 PCIe channels. The supporting motherboard model of this series of processors is W790.
