Longsys released the first enterprise-level SSD

Longsys, a well-known manufacturer of solid-state drives (SSDs), has just announced the release of their first enterprise-level SSDs. These new drives come in two different series: the Longsys ORCA 4836 series NVMe SSD and the Longsys UNCIA 3836 series SATA 3.2 SSD. Both series support the latest PCIe 4.0 interface, which offers faster data transfer speeds and improved performance compared to previous versions.

In addition to the previously mentioned features, the Longsys ORCA 4836 series NVMe SSDs are specifically designed for read-write-intensive and mixed application scenarios in the enterprise level. They utilize 128-layer TLC NAND domestic particles and support the PCIe 4.0 interface and a 2.5 inch U.2 form factor, making them compatible with mainstream server interfaces. These drives have impressive sequential read and random read performance, reaching up to 6900 MB/s and 1100K IOPS respectively. The Longsys ORCA 4836 series is also available in PRO and MAX versions, with durability levels of 1DWPD and 3DWPD respectively.

On the other hand, the Longsys UNCIA 3836 series SATA SSDs are built on a domestic enterprise-level master control and utilize 128-layer TLC NAND domestic particles. They are independently designed and developed in terms of both software and hardware. These drives come in four capacity options: 480GB, 960GB, 1.92TB, and 3.84TB. They have a high sequential read and write performance, reaching up to 560MB/s and 520MB/s respectively, and a random read and write IOPS of up to 93K and 50K.
