OPPO Global Computing Power Center in Dongguan Binhai Bay New Area will soon be fully operational

On December 27th, the OPPO Global Computing Power Center in Dongguan Binhai Bay New Area completed its completion acceptance and will soon be fully operational. This super-large data center has a total investment of 1.476 billion yuan and covers an area of approximately 106.5 acres.

As a state-of-the-art facility, the OPPO Global Computing Power Center will feature 6,736 8KW cabinets and 120,000 servers, all housed in a single campus. These resources will be used to process and store the company's core data, ensuring that it is controlled, long-term, and reliable.

This new facility will be a major asset for OPPO as it expands its operations and continues to grow in the global market. With its advanced technology and large capacity, the OPPO Global Computing Power Center will play a vital role in supporting the company's ongoing success.

In addition to the OPPO Global Computing Power Center, the company is also building the OPPO Smart Manufacturing Center, which will be a technology park that combines research and development, manufacturing, and housing for talent. This facility is expected to have an annual output value of over 24 billion yuan and will drive the high-end electronic information industry in Binhai Bay New Area to new heights.

The OPPO chip R&D center project was also successfully delisted on December 27th and is being invested in and constructed by Dongguan Oupo Communication Technology Co. Ltd. with a total investment of 4.5 billion yuan. The project covers an area of 387 mu and will include a chip research and development center, chip experimental testing center, semiconductor equipment research center, 5G terminal research and development center, and artificial intelligence research and development center.
