Xiaomi Mi 13 / Pro series official poster exposure

Xiaomi previously announced that it will hold the Xiaomi 13 series & MIUI 14 new product launch conference. At that time, Xiaomi 13, Xiaomi 13 Pro, and the new MIUI 14 system will be officially unveiled.

Before the press conference, Weibo’s screen-opening poster pictures exposed more information about the Mi 13 series of phones, including the side of the fuselage and the square camera module. The Mi 13 series is equipped with Leica imaging technology, and the related theme is "A moment of forgetfulness, a real Leica". The Mi 13 Standard Edition has a straight border, while the Mi 13 Pro has a rounded border.

According to Xiaomi’s official pre-heating, the standard version of Mi 13 has a straight screen, a custom high-end OLED straight screen, and a visual quadrilateral; the Mi 13 Pro version has a hyperbolic screen. In terms of body size, Mi 13 has a width of 1.61mm on three sides and a width of 1.81mm at the widest point, with a screen-to-body ratio of 93.3%. The official poster shows that the Mi 13 is 71.5mm wide, the upper, left, and right borders are 1.61mm wide, and the lower border is 1.81mm wide. It uses a centered punch-hole screen. In addition, Lei Jun said that the front of the Mi 13 is slightly 2.5D, and the back is a four-curved surface, with a width of 71.5mm, surprisingly comfortable to hold.

The new Mi 13 series will be equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip as standard, based on TSMC’s 4nm process.

The Mi 13 Pro will be equipped with a 50-megapixel Sony IMX989 1-inch sensor, and a 75mm Leica telephoto lens. Rumored specs suggest the phone will feature a 50-megapixel Samsung JN1 sensor for the telephoto camera and a 50-megapixel Samsung JN1 sensor for the ultra-wide-angle lens. It will be equipped with a 6.73-inch OLED 120Hz display with a resolution of 2K. The phone may also feature a 4820mAh battery with support for 120W fast charging, 50W wireless charging, and 10W reverse wireless charging.

On the other hand, the Mi 13 Standard Edition will feature a 6.3-inch Full HD+ OLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz. There are three rear cameras, including a 50-megapixel main camera, a 13-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 10-megapixel telephoto camera. For the selfie camera, both phones will have a 32-megapixel front-facing camera. Mi 13 will be equipped with a 4500mAh battery that supports 67W wired fast charging, 50W wireless charging, and 10W reverse wireless charging.

Both Mi 13 and Mi 13 Pro will run the latest MIUI 14 system based on Android 13.
