Nvidia's RTX 4070 Ti to Have More Sources and Fewer Limitations in First Shipment

Nvidia is reportedly releasing its RTX 4070 Ti graphics card with more sources for its first shipment, and some brands will not have any limitations on the number of cards that can be purchased. According to Bobantang, the National Bank of Nvidia has priced the RTX 4070 Ti at 6,499 yuan. Those who do not face any limitations will be able to place an order and pick up the goods freely.

It is believed that Nvidia is looking to increase the sales of the RTX 4070 Ti while simultaneously suppressing the sales of the RX 7900 series. This strategy could help Nvidia solidify its position as a leader in the graphics card market.

Nvidia has officially announced the key specifications of its RTX 4070 Ti graphics card. The card will feature 7680 CUDA cores, a boost frequency of up to 2.61GHz (100MHz higher than the RTX 4080/4090), and 12GB of GDDR6X memory. This puts the RTX 4070 Ti on par with the RTX 4080 in terms of memory and CUDA cores, but with a slightly higher boost frequency.

In terms of performance, Nvidia has compared the RTX 4070 Ti to the RTX 3080 and found that it significantly outperforms the older model when using the 2K image quality setting with frame generation turned on.

The Nvidia RTX 4070 Ti will be released at midnight on January 4th and is expected to be widely available soon thereafter. Those interested in purchasing the card should keep an eye out for availability at their preferred retailers.
